本次会议论文应展示浅表层地球物理探测领域的最新进展，且未在国内外公 开发表过。会议只接收英文撰写的摘要或论文稿件，长度 1~6 页：（1）投稿摘 要限 1 页，格式见附件，只保留题目、作者、单位、摘要主体、关键词、参考 4文献；（2）投稿论文不超过 6 页（论文模板参见会议网站 https://iceeg2026.cug. edu.cn）。会议组委会不负责稿件的翻译和校对，文责自负。投稿邮箱 iceeg202 6@cug.edu.cn，邮件主题格式“iceeg2026-专题编号-单位简称-作者”，稿件文件名 格式：iceeg2026-专题编号-题目简写。接收稿件的截止日期延期至：2026 年 5 月 20 日。 作者可先投稿摘要参会，会后再投稿论文，也可直接投稿论文。符合要求 的稿件经评审后将予以录用，经评审录用的摘要或论文均需缴纳审稿费，费用 为¥100 元/篇。经评审录用的论文，且作者确定同意公开发表在论文集的论文， 需要在会后 60 天内按格式和审稿专家的审稿修改意见修改好，未按时返回修改 稿并缴纳版面费的视为自动放弃。经评审录用的论文需缴纳版面费，费用为¥1000 元/篇（长度不超过 6 页）。会议论文集将电子文档形式，由中国地质大学出版 社网络形式（有正式出版书号）正式出版。高质量的会议论文经扩充内容后将被 推荐到《地球物理学报》《工程地球物理学报》《Journal of Geophysics and Engineering》《Journal of Applied Geophysics》《Journal of Earth Science》等期刊 上发表。 本次会议已收到摘要共 262 篇，其中长摘要 85 篇，短摘要 177 篇；经专家 审稿确定本次会议口头专题报告 161 个，张贴报告 101 个。大会邀请国内外知名 教授专家 6 人做大会主旨报告、25 人做专题特邀报告。

Papers submitted to this conference should showcase the latest advancements in near surface geophysical exploration and should not have been previously published domestically or internationally. The conference only accepts abstracts or papers written in English, ranging from 1 to 6 pages in length: (1) Abstracts are limited to 1 page, format as template, including only the title, author, affiliation, abstract body, keywords, and references; (2) Papers should not exceed 6 pages (paper template available on the conference website: https://iceeg2026.cug.edu.cn). The conference organizing committee isnot responsible for the translation or proofreading of manuscripts; authors are solely responsible for the content. Submissions should be sent to iceeg2026@cug.edu.cn, with the subject line formatted as “iceeg2026-Topic Number-Abbreviated Affiliation-Author” , and the filename format as: iceeg2026-Topic Number-Abbreviated Title. The deadline for submissions has been extended to May 20, 2026. Authors may submit an abstract to attend the conference and then submit the paper afterward, or they may submit the paper directly. Manuscripts meeting the requirements will be accepted after review. A reviewing fee of CNY 100 per paper is required for accepted abstracts or papers. Papers accepted for publication in the proceedings must be revised according to the format and the reviewers' comments within 60 days of the conference. Failure to return the revised manuscript and pay the publication fee within the stipulated time will be considered an automatic withdrawal. A publication fee of CNY 1000 per paper (not exceeding 6 pages) is required for accepted papers. The conference proceedings will be published electronically by China University of Geosciences Press. Outstanding conference papers will be recommended for publication in journals such as the Journal of Applied Geophysics, Chinese Journal of Geophysics, Chinese Journal of Engineering Geophysics, Journal of Earth Science, Journal of Geophysics and Engineering.A total of 262 abstracts have been received for this conference, including 85 extended abstracts and 177 short abstracts. Following peer review, 161 oral presentations and 101 poster presentations have been selected for the conference. Six renowned professors and experts from China and abroad have been invited to deliver plenary keynote speeches, and 25 others will present invited special lectures.
